COVID19 Business Preparedness Workshop
Business Continuity Planning and Emergency Preparedness are often difficult to achieve at the level of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SME). The current Coronavirus19 Pandemic has affected populations on all continents, with COVID19 cases reported from over 100 countries. The impact on society and business is profound, and in many countries, it looks like some tough times are still ahead.
In this workshop, we will update you on the latest situation of the Coronavirus Pandemic and show you what you can do to reduce the risks for your staff, contractors, clients and visitors. In one morning, we will walk you through the advice of the World Health Organisation on what SME can do in the face of the current COVID19 situation.
In the second part of the morning, we will review some business continuity plans of selected participants and identify where adaptations can be made to address the COVID19 situation more appropriately.
The workshop is currently given in English and in Dutch. A Polish version is in development.
